Our Story

Starfish & Teacups Travel was born out of a lifelong love for magical vacations — the kind that stay with you long after you’ve unpacked your suitcase.

As a child, I was lucky enough to visit Disneyland, and it quickly became my happy place. Years later, I wanted to share that same joy and wonder with my own family. I found myself planning trip after trip, making sure every detail was perfect while still leaving room for those spontaneous, “this is the best day ever!” moments.

That passion for planning eventually grew into a career. I began as a travel agent under host agencies, helping families create their own unforgettable Disney vacations. But I didn’t stop there — my love for travel expanded to include Universal Studios, ocean cruises, and all-inclusive getaways in sunny Mexico.

Eventually, I realized I wanted more control over my business and the ability to focus on the destinations I knew and loved best. That’s when Starfish & Teacups Travel was born — a proudly Canadian agency serving clients across most of Canada and the United States, where clients aren’t just numbers in a booking system. We believe in a family-like atmosphere, where your vacation matters to us just as much as it matters to you.
